What was your nutrition with clients like before?
Unfortunately it didn't get the attention it deserved and I've probably done past members a disservice, Yes some members got great results but others could have done a lot better. I didn't have the time to spend with members so it was an email with a food diary or a 2 minute chat after sessions or a crappy ebook with a 1500 calorie meal plan and recipes to follow. Most of the recipes were not easy to cook and I'd say nobody used it at all so a waste of money to be honest. All coaches have an ego that they want to buy the best equipment to show off in their gyms, realistically your members are interested in results not the latest barbells.
